Transportation, order tracking and delivery

We are working on processing your order. We are just waiting for the tracking number. As soon as we have it, we will send it to you so please keep an eye on your email.
Due to the high holiday volume, we will be a few days backed up on shipments.

Order related issues

Please email us at luxurydreamoutlet@gmail.com with a clear photo attached of the item(s) you received so that we can review your request for a replacement. After review and confirmation, we will replace or reship your damaged/ defective/ missing item(s) immediately.


If no email was received, please email us at luxurydreamoutlet@gmail.com so that we may provide you with your tracking number and further help if needed.

Payment method

We accept bank wire transfer, western union and money gram for payments.

Returns and refunds

We are sorry to hear that you would like to return your item. We try our best to make sure the products shipped to you are in the best condition. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. 


(1) Refund.  We give a Full  Refund for questioned products. However, you have to pay for return postages. And we don't take responsibility if lost during return transport. We cannot give a full refund for these reasons:


       "I have changed my mind on this product."

       "The product is not what I'd imagine it to be."

       "I don't like this product after I have received it."


(2) Maintenance. All our products are special offers and clients should pay for return postage if need ship back to get items fixed.

Returns can be sent by the local post office, do not use FedEx, DHL, UPS, Etc, it must be in well condition, including the outer casing.


Returns


You have ​14 days from the date of delivery to return an item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unused, and in the same like-new condition in which it was received. Your item must be returned to us in the original packaging.
